WONDER WHEAT & GO CHOCO HEALTHY REWARDS CONTEST

1. General Rules & Eligibility

a. This Contest is governed by the below standard Terms & Conditions, (hereafter referred to as “T&Cs”). By taking part in this Contest, participants agree that they have read, understood and agreed to the T&Cs that was set forth by the Organiser.

b. The Contest is organised by Inbisco Marketing & Sales Sdn. Bhd. (216197-D) (hereafter referred to as the “Organiser”) which shall be solely responsible for the organising and execution of the Contest.

c. Residents of Malaysia aged 13 and above (hereafter referred to as the “Participants”) are eligible to enter the Contest. Participants below the age of 18 are required to obtain written approval from parents/guardians to take part in the Contest. The Organiser reserves the right to request for this written approval as and when deemed necessary.

d. The Contest is not open to employees of the Organiser, its distributors, advertising, marketing and sales promotion agencies, and members of their families (spouses, children, brothers and sisters; as well as their spouses).

e. All personal details submitted must be accurate and proof of which must be submitted to the Organiser upon request, failing of which may be disqualified from the Contest. In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, your personal details in our database will be safeguarded and will not be shared without your consent.

2. Prizes:

a. Contest prizes are as stated:

Grand Prize x 5	One set of adult and junior Trek bicycles worth RM2,500*
1st Prize x 5	One adult Trek bicycle worth RM1,500*
2nd Prize x 5	One junior Trek bicycle worth RM1000*
3^rd Prize x 50	One 16-piece Corelle set worth RM250*
Special Prize x 100	One Mayora Hamper worth RM150*

*All prizes value are based on the recommended retail price. All images of prizes are for illustration purposes only.

3. Contest Mechanics

Step 1 – Buy any two packs of Wonder Wheat or Go Choco biscuits during contest period and retain the original receipt.

Step 2 – Complete the slogan in less than 20 words.

Important notice

Participants are allowed to participate more than once but limited to one participation per receipt.

Participants are required to retain the original receipt until the announcement of winners has been made as evidence for proof of purchase

Failure to produce this proof of purchase may result in the invalidation of all claims and forfeiture of rights to the Prize.

Participants can only win a prize once.

4. Contest Period

a. The Contest will run from 1^st November 2014 at 12:00AM local time to 16^th December 2014 11.59PM local time

b. Submissions received after 16^th December 2014 will disqualified.

5. Selection of Winners

a. At the end of the Contest Period, selection of winners will be based on the most creative slogan. All slogan must be original and not be copied from other sources

b. Selection of winners will be on 21 December 2014.

6. Notification of Winners

a. Announcement of winners will also be made on Wonder Wheat and Go Choco on 23 December 2014.

b. If a winner cannot be contacted after 31 December 2014 and all methods deemed reasonable by the Organiser have failed, the Prize shall be awarded to the next chosen winner (next most creative).

c. Winners have to produce the original receipt upon receiving the prize.

7. Rights of the Organiser

a. The Organiser may at its absolute discretion modify, annul or rescind these T&Cs at any time without prior notice.

b. If for any reason, any aspect of the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any causes beyond the control of the Organiser which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, then the Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest, or invalidate any affected entries.

c. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify incomplete or late entries automatically or when authenticity of an entry is questionable.

d. The Organiser may at its sole discretion, disqualify any entries and prohibit further participation in the Contest by any person who tampers with the entry process or with the operation of the Contest or who acts in violation of the T&Cs.

e. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any Prize of similar value without prior notice.

f. The Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative Winner in the event the Organiser has reasonable grounds for believing that the selected Winner has contravened any part of these T&Cs.

g. By participating in this Contest, Participants agree to allow the Organiser to use their names and/or photographs for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade in both electronic and print mediums.

h. Acceptance of any Prize shall constitute a release and discharge of the Organizer by the winner from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, and/or damages which the winner may have, whether known or unknown at the present time, of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or relating to: (i) the Contest, (ii) personal injury and/or property damage, theft or loss suffered by the winner (and/or their companions) as a result of the use and/or enjoyment of the prize, and/or (iii) any tax liabilities in relation to the Contest, prize and/or use or enjoyment of the same.

i. Prizes cannot be transferable to different owner, cannot be returned or cannot be exchange for cash. All prizes that are unclaimed will be withdrawn.

j. The Organizer’s decision on any matter concerning the Contest is final, including the determination of the Winners. No correspondences or appeals will be entertained.

k. Winners are not required to provide any monies or cash or bank details in exchange to redeem Prize.

l. If there are any inconsistencies between the English language version of this T&Cs and any translated version, then the English language version found on Wonder Wheat and Go Choco shall prevail.
